Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant for an immediate start at our  Charlotte, NC location.

The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and event-related campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, event promotion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and gather information on industry trends
• Assist with event marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to support campaign execution
• Maintain marketing records, reports, and project documentation
• Help organize promotional events and company activities
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
