We are currently seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Associate to support our growing events team in Inglewood, CA. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event coordination, marketing, or production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Help manage event schedules and timelines
• Provide support to guests, clients, and vendors during events
• Coordinate registration and check-in processes
• Maintain event inventory and supplies
• Assist in post-event reporting and feedback collection

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
